Our work is based on the request of the client, with whom we communicate the details of their requirements for the person they need to find. We do this to ensure that we know what kind of person we are looking for and what they need to know.

From the legal point of view it is a cooperative agreement.

How long does it take you to introduce suitable candidates to us?

It depends on whether the suitable candidates are available in the labour market, or if we have to search for them in a different way. If there are no problems with looking for people with the required qualification, it takes about 2-3 weeks.
When looking for a highly specialised person, we have to perform an Executive search, in which case it takes from 4 to 6 weeks.

What do you need to begin?

We need to know whom to look for, therefore we need information such as required practical skills, proficiency, competences, traits… And we need a signed cooperation agreement.

How much will it cost us?

The price for an advisory solution depends on the difficulty of the search and selection process. The price is calculated individually, according to how difficult it is to find the required people, and also according to the methods used in the selection process. Ask us for a price quote.

How do you work?

The basis of our work is understanding our client’s requirements for the sought person. The search is carried out in different ways, but among the most used ones are advertising the job position, finding and contacting people from our database who fulfill the requirements, and the executive search.

This is followed by the selection of the found applicants. The basis for this selection consists of an in-depth interview, an analysis of the person’s career path and language skills, and a competence interview. Depending on the client’s request, getting and verifying references, personal testing and the assessment centre can also be included in the selection process.

After this, we introduce the 2-4 most suitable candidates to our client, who can then decide.

What is the executive search?

The executive search (ES) is a method of looking for employees who are not available in the labour market. These are mostly top managers and experts. This method is used when you need to fill a specific position, but there are no responses to the job advertisement.

ES means contacting people who are employed and are not looking for a job.

What is the guarantee and how does it work?

The guarantee, in this case, means that if the candidate suggested by us, does not prove to be suitable and our client terminates the work contract with this person, or this person quits themselves, we will carry out a new search for free.

The length of this guarantee is between 3 and 6 months.
