At Trigon, ecology is one of the fundamental principles of our operation. It is an essential part of our daily activities. We strive to be environmentally friendly and to help people. Whenever and wherever possible. It does not require any special preparations or difficult procedures. You just need to be aware of your functioning in a wider context, perceive the impact of your actions on your surroundings and consciously change your approach as a result. To work, and to life.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of ways to be greener. And it’s never too late to start.<\/p>\n

At Trigon, we have been minimising paper consumption and issuing only electronic invoices<\/strong> for almost two years<\/strong> now .<\/strong><\/p>\n

They are a full-fledged accounting document if they are secured by an electronic signature. Similarly for electronic contracts<\/strong>, which we are currently moving to. And we are also working on computerising our business cards. <\/strong>We have been separating waste naturally and automatically for years. Partial homeoffice was natural for us even before the pandemic, contributing to reducing our company’s operating costs and putting much less strain on the environment in the long term.<\/p>\n

What we are particularly proud of, however, is the fact that at Trigon we have been using
\n refurbished IT equipment<\/strong>
\n<\/a>. We work with computers and laptops that someone has discarded or stopped using. And even though they are still functional. We cooperate with ZebraComputers<\/a>, a company dedicated to the refurbishment of IT equipment. We buy refurbished and repaired computers from them, and either use them ourselves or donate them. And in doing so, we save both nature and our finances.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have extensive experience as an accountant. We know when and where to look. Also who to approach and how to approach them. In this case, we chose to reach out in the form of a well-prepared advertisement and, in addition, to address potential candidates directly. We worked with a pool of 23 candidates, of which 18 were contacted to arrange a job interview with one of our consultants. We presented the client with 3 candidates who, in our opinion, best matched the requirements of the position and the client themselves. From the above mentioned 3 candidates for the position of accountant, the managing director of the company chose a new employee immediately after the first rounds of interviews. The position of Accountant has been successfully filled with our candidate’s start date of 3.6.2019.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a result of this cooperation and in an effort to continuously help, we have decided, also in the context of current events, that in addition to providing assistance to incoming Ukrainian families, we will certainly not stop helping our own. And so we came up with the idea of creating a challenge for companies, individuals and our business partners to bring us their unused but functional laptops and computers. We will refurbish and donate them free of charge to up to 70 disadvantaged families in Zebra. Unfortunately, many of them often cannot afford to provide their children with school supplies.
